This is a great home - the street is pretty level for bike riding with easy access in the winter. The homeowners pool, tennis, beach and pier are available in the summer. This home is ski leased in the winter.

The deck on this home wraps half-way around for maximum sun! There is a hot tub on the deck so you can gaze at the stars (this home even has an outdoor shower!!). The home itself has a welcoming and open living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom on the entry level with access to that great deck.  The first two bedrooms have a queen bed, the third bedroom has a double bed, and the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed plus 2 single beds. The smaller kitchen is very well equipped so you can still cook all your meals. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a full bath and a loft with futon for extra sleeping.

Enjoy the peace of mountain surroundings and spectacular views when you rent this vacation home.  Relax by the private HOA pool, or play a game of tennis on the tennis courts.  Spend your day at the beach by the lake, or launch your boat from the pier and spend some time fishing.

Spring and fall Lake Tahoe activities include perfect fishing and scenic Tahoe golf courses. Summer is family fun time with mountain biking trips and horseback riding, fishing, swimming, watersports and fabulous golf courses with a wide variety of beautiful mountain scenery. In the winter and early spring, activities always include great skiing, sledding, and ice skating.
