Located in Dollar Point this terrific home on the north shore has nice lake views.  During the summer enjoy a private lakefront beach, pier and the full service marina in nearby Tahoe City.  From here it's just twenty minutes to Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows with every winter sport imaginable.

This three bedroom, two bath home easily sleeps fourteen and features an open living floor plan with a TV, VCR, and wood stove.  With lots of windows and comfortable furnishings, this is a great place for everyone to congregate.  The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave for quick meals or snacks and a dining area for six.

Two of the bedrooms each have a queen bed while the third bedroom has two queen beds.  Four more guests can use the bunk beds in the loft and two more can use the sofa sleeper in the living area .  For your convenience there's also a washer and dryer, linens are provided and there's a garage.

This home is close to skiing, hiking, biking and beaches however the shared pool, tennis court and pier are only available in the summer. 

You'll find plenty of shopping and dining options nearby and just thirty minutes away in South Lake Tahoe there is gambling, live shows, theaters and museums.

In the summer there is biking, boating/sailing, diving, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, kayaking, golf, mountain biking, paintball, parasailing, river rafting, rock climbing, swimming, tennis, water skiing and wildlife viewing. 

Come back in the winter for skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, ice skating, sledding, tubing, sleigh rides, snowmobiling and snowshoeing.
