Our property sets up as follows: A master with a king bed and fireplace, loft with low ceilings and three twin beds, a second bedroom with a access to the family bath and a king bed, and a third bedroom with a full size bed. For more sleeping space the living room also features a queen sofa sleeper. Ultimately this property sleeps 12. This property is ski in ski out location. It has a private patio, where you can relax, drink coffee or a cocktail after skiing all day and enjoy the beauty of Breckenridge.

Breckenridge features two ice skating rinks, two Nordic ski centers and a variety of other activities, such as sledding, horse-drawn carriage rides, snowshoeing, dog sledding, snowmobile tours and ballooning, are available in the winter. Summer offerings include the 27-hole Breckenridge Golf Club, kayak and skateboard parks, horseback riding, the alpine slide, art and film festivals, miles of hiking and biking trails in the national forest, and a seasonal orchestra that performs at the River Walk Center, which houses many diverse performances throughout the summer months.
