This townhome is spread throughout three levels and has two bedrooms, three and three-fourths bath along with a den. The living area has a wood-burning fireplace and double sofa sleeper. The dining area has a table and seating for four people. In the fully equipped kitchen there is a breakfast bar with four stools, a microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The den has a private bath and double sofa sleeper.

The Claimjumper units are located across from the Town Rec Center. The complex has a community hot tub and swimming pool (pool and hot tub may be closed during the off season for maintenance).

In the winter you will love spending time exploring the 4 o'clock run, the Nordic Center and the Snowflake lift. In the summer, many great adventures await you in Breckenridge such as hiking, rock climbing, fishing, kayaking and more. Other activities you and your group may enjoy while visiting the area may include going to the Summit County's Bike Path System, Maggie Pond, golfing and more.
