There are two more guestrooms, one with twin sized bunk beds, the other with bunk beds where the top bunk is a twin and the bottom is a double. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa for your convenience. You and your guests will be spending a lot of time in the fabulous living area. There is plenty of comfy seating and a warm fireplace where everyone can gather around and talk about their days adventures. Or, you could watch a movie on one of the 3 TV's with DVD and VCR players. You can also take advantage of the beautiful kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need to make a delicious home made meal. There is also a washer and dryer to help make packing easier.

This home is only minutes from Keystone, Copper Mountain, A-Basin and Breckenridge ski resorts. You are also right on the edge of Lake Dillon where you have endless opportunities for fun and memory making with your family. Take full advantage of the deck with it's glorious views of Lake Dillon and the spectacular Colorado Rocky Mountains. There is a grill you can use to have a family barbecue down by the lake. Or have a romantic evening out in the hot tub while you watch the stars and listen to the quiet wilderness around you. You will also be able to use the clubhouse pool and sauna. There is a convenient 2 car garage where you can keep your vehicles, any toys, skis, wet clothes, and anything else that you don't want in the house.
