Upper level is the master bedroom area. Second level is the kitchen, dining area, living area and half bath with washer/dryer area. Main entry level has two bedrooms with common bathroom (one with queen bed and one with double and bunk above).

We are located 90 minutes from Denver, 15 minutes from the town of Granby and 10 minutes from the historical town of Grand Lake.
