The Location of our property is perfect, sitting on the stream with views of the Mountain, gondola and Mountain express lift from the deck. The bridge out back takes you to the town of River Run, only a 2 minute walk. There is also a shuttle that stops 50 yards from our door to take you anywhere in Keystone.

The entry is a two story vault with a waterfall into a stream and a beautiful sitting area. The parking is heated and underground. The property and the location are perfect and unparalleled in Summit County. Our property sets up as follows: A master bedroom with a queen, private bath and TV. The second bedroom has a private bath as well and a queen bed and a flat screen and DVD. The third bedroom also has a Queen bed. There is also a pull out coach that sleeps two. Ultimately our property sleeps 8 comfortably.

Unlike most properties on a rental program, our property is a home. The living room has a flat screen TV and DVD. The property is well maintained, highly appointed, and extremely homey. It is a home with all the luxuries and then some - higher end coffee maker, ample William Sonoma dinning ware, all the utensils, new furniture, paint and carpet. You will feel at home and you will be happy.

There are lots of things to do within a very short walk from getting a coffee at Starbucks or Inxtop or lots of great restaurants like, Great Northern Tavern, Blue River Bistro, Paesanos or Kickapoo Tavern. In the center of the River Run Village is a fire pit for the kids to make smores (Inxtop sells a smores kit including the stick) or go skating on the huge frozen lake.The lodge it's self have a pool with slide, walk-up kiddie pool, play room, theater room, hot tub, fire pit, grill, gym, pool table area, and steam shower.

Don't forget that Keystone offers exclusive night skiing and there is also a tubing hill for fun.
