This is a two bedroom, two story unit with three baths and will sleep 11. The master bedroom has a king bed and there is a full master bath. Upstairs is a small tv, twin bed with trundle, double futon and twin futon. Also upstairs is a bath with stackable washer/dryer. It includes a sofa sleeper, murphy bed, a fireplace, cable TV, VCR, microwave and lots of small kitchen appliances. There are two decks and a small weber bbq.

Close by are three nine hole golf courses, lakes for fishing, recreation center (pool, weight room, aerobics room,large Jacuzzi), restaurants and shopping.

You will find many recreational opportunities within thirty minutes or less of the charming town of Pagosa Springs. In the vast playground of Colorado's largest wilderness area, Weminuche Wilderness, you will be able to experience hiking, fishing, biking, rafting, camping, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, and horseback riding or quietly enjoy viewing abundant wildlife.
