It is quiet and secluded, but close to all the conveniences you need in your vacation property such as Winter Park’s Park Place Shopping Center. Winter Park’s shuttle service will take you from the Hi Country Haus condos to the slopes, dining opportunities, movie theater and more.

This one bedroom unit has one bathroom and is approximately 495 square feet. Upon entering the condo, you will be welcomed by the plaid sofas and the warmth of the wood burning fireplace. The sofa does pull out into a queen sofa sleeper for two additional guests. There is no seperate dining area, but there is a breakfast bar in the kitchen that seats four. The kitchen comes equipped with an economy fridge, a dishwasher, microwave and a coffee maker. For those of you needing a romantic getaway, you will love the master bedroom with the king size bed, just perfect for spreading out and really getting a great night's sleep.

Hi Country Haus condos offer a centralized recreation facility with an indoor pool, four hot tubs, a sun deck, picnic pavillion and a children's play area. There is a meeting room available for groups, and you will find picnic tables and bbq's throughout the complex. For your convenience there is a small, on-site shopping center with a ski-shop, store, small movie theater, laundry room, video store, a bar and a few dining establishments.
