This simple vacation condo invites guests to relax and get cozy after a fun day on the slopes. Offering one bedroom and one bathroom it sleeps four guests. It has a queen bed in the master and a queen Murphy bed in the living area, a full kitchen with breakfast bar, a TV with a VCR and DVD player and a wood fireplace with stone surrounded and hearth. Enjoy use of the shared deck to visit with friends or admire the beautiful scenery.

Hi Country Haus Condominiums are located in Downtown Winter Park, just two miles from the Winter Park Ski Area, and are on the free shuttle route. This property has a clubhouse available for use year round. At the clubhouse there are saunas, four hot tubs, an indoor pool, laundry facilities and an outdoor grill for use during the summer months. There is also a Games Room, Children's Playground Area, Picnic Pavilion and Parking Area for guests.

Winter Park is the nearest ski area to Denver with great terrain and offers snowmobiling, snowshoeing, dog sledding and ice skating and more, during the winter. The summer months offer even more adventure and beautiful scenery with river rafting, mountain biking, rock climbing, fishing, horseback riding and golfing to name a few.
