Soak up the sun and Sunbathe on the beach, or if you’re the active type you can Collect shells - they are plentiful on these beaches.

  Fish from shore and off-shore - Fishing is great! Some of the finest golf courses in southern Florida are within easy driving distance. There are two public tennis courts on the island. Several Parasail boats operate from the Cortez Village just across the bridge. Jet skis or kayaks can be rented at several local marinas and outfitters.
