This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home is 1 block from the beach and is very spacious. The master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. It has a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area. There is a private pool that can be heated for your convience.

  Walk the beach! There are 7 1/2 miles of white sand beach, all of it open to the public. With its fine white sugar sand, it's one of the finest beaches in the United States or anywhere else for that matter Enjoy the water and Swim or snorkel in the crystal clear Gulf of Mexico. Soak up the sun and Sunbathe on the beach, or if you’re the active type you can Collect shells - they are plentiful on these beaches.

    Fish from shore and off-shore - Fishing is great! Some of the finest golf courses in southern Florida are within easy driving distance. There are two public tennis courts on the island. Several Parasail boats operate from the Cortez Village just across the bridge. Jet skis or kayaks can be rented at several local marinas and outfitters.
