Anna Maria Island is an unspoiled paradise just one hour south of Tampa, at the mouth of Tampa Bay.  It is far enough from the city to be un-crowded, yet close enough to take advantage of the amenities of a City, like major league sports, theater etc.  Anna Maria is a 7 1/2 mile long barrier island.   It is very unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels.  Anna Maria is an island of single family homes and small resorts. 

This duplex has two bedrooms, and one bathroom.  Both of the bedrooms are large and spacious. The bedroom on the left has a large pillow top queen sized bed and the bedroom on the right has two twins. Both have ceiling fans and direct access to a washroom. The tub and shower come with a handicap bar.

This ground level duplex is centrally located in lovely holmes beach.  It is walking distance to shopping, restaurants, bistros, nightclubs, a marina and our island library.

There is so much to do surrounding this property.  You can walk on the beach and collect sea shells.  You can swim and go snorkeling.  You can fish from shore and off shore.  Visit on of the Island gulf restaurants.  You will enjoy many interesting little shops on the island.  Enjoy a day boating and watching the wildlife.
