This beautiful custom built home is located in the Sea Grass neighborhood on Cape San Blas. Sea Grass is a beautiful gulf front community that has its own pool and club house. In addition, this home also has its own private pool.

The ground level off the pool has a living area with a futon and TV/VCR/DVD/DSL and large bath. The house is decorated in a beach cottage theme. The first floor has a King bedroom with a gulf view and the second bedroom has a twin bunk set, a twin captains bed and a gulf view. All bedrooms have their own TV and VCR/DVD. These bedrooms share a bath. The Living area has a large spacious living and dining area with great gulf views off the surrounding decks. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, great gulf view, TV, VCR and DVD. There is a also a large King bedroom on this level with its own bath. The 4th level has a day bed with a trundle and TV. Off of the 4th level is a gulf viewing deck with breathtaking views. There is also a twin rollaway to make this house sleep 14.

Sun lovers flock to the 10 miles of white sand beach during the summer where the water temperature averages around 84 degrees. Swimming, sunbathing, fishing, and kite-flying are some of the activities that take place then. Summer is also the time when Loggerhead sea turtles come up onto the beach to nest.
