Amenities include: 1vcr, 1dvd, 20" tv in the master and a 25" tv in the living area, fully equipped kitchen, screened in porch, and a grill.

The tide here is usually low, making Cape San Blas perfect for swimming. A 2500-acre beach park is located on the St. Joseph Peninsula and offers snorkeling, diving, fishing, boating, and sea kayaking. For those who are physically fit, there is a six-mile sand-hiking trail through the St. Joseph Peninsula State Park to the northern tip of Cape San Blas.
