This property has three bedrooms and three and a half baths. There are cathedral style ceilings throughout and glass sliding glass doors and windows that open this place up for views all around. Not only is there a lot of living space, there is just as much decking including a screen porch to enjoy also. The living room has leather furnishings, fireplace, and a large screen television. In the kitchen you will find an island with an extra sink and wine cooler. Also in the laundry room off of the kitchen there is an extra refrigerator for your catch of the day. The dining area can seat four people. Each bedroom has its own bath for added privacy.

For those who are physically fit, there is a six-mile sand-hiking trail through the St. Joseph Peninsula State Park to the northern tip of Cape San Blas.
