Your home will comfortably accommodate 12 people as there is a three seat sofa bed in the great room. Your beautiful villa is located at Orange Tree. Built in 2005 your villa is stylishly decorated and furnished to the highest of standards. Some of the home benefits from the communal facilities that including a tots lot, tennis and basketball courts and a five and a half acre park. All the five bedrooms and four bathrooms have been tastefully decorated with each bedroom having a TV/DVD player on which you can also play your CD`s/MP3`s. The spacious great room has a giant 46" LCD TV a home theatre system with surround sound. Also you will find for the kids a Playstation 2 as well as board games to keep everyone entertained! The luxury gourmet kitchen has everything you need for your vacation, including dishwasher, coffee maker ice maker and blender for those cooling smoothies by the pool! The screened pool is 36ft and has a spa to relax and unwind in after a long day at the parks. There is also a lanai with lighting, table with chairs and barbeque to enjoy the warm evenings watching the Florida sunsets. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and luxurious en-suite bathroom with a giant bath, separate walk in shower and double vanity unit. There is a further second master bedroom with king bed and en-suite, queen room and two twin bedrooms for the kids.
