The Retreat is a part of the Legacy Park development located on US Highway 27 heading North towards Clermont. Conveniently located approximately 1.5 miles South of US Highway 192, it is within a 15-minute drive to all the major attractions at Disney. There is also an abundance of shopping nearby as well as banks, restaurants, gifts shops and world class golfing facilities making this an ideal place for your Florida holiday.

This four bedroom, three bath villa is located within the retreat, Legacy Park. It has a formal dining area  and lounge, large family lounge with cable TV and telephone, Games room and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook. The master bedroom has awalk in wardrobe and ensuite facilities with rails/roll-in shower for disabled guests. Bedroom two has a double bed  and its own bathroom. Bedrooms three and four both have twin beds. There is also a ully equipped laundry room and a private, screened, heatable swimming pool with rail.

Conveniently located just 15 minutes from all that Disney World has to offer. You can also enjoy 11 world class golf courses all having 18 holes located within 15 minutes. 4 courses are public, 6 are semi private and 1 is a resort course. The owner of the property can help you get discounts at select courses. There is also a Walmart and shopping district that is just two miles from the villa.
