This vacation home is situated in a new and small prestigious development know as Aylesbury. It is within 15 minutes of Disney World, 10 minutes from the Southern Dunes Golf Club and close to shops, restaurants and International Drive. Centrally located, it's only minutes from I-4, which is Florida's east-west interstate highway. The east coast to Kennedy Space Center is approximately 80 minutes drive, while the drive to Tampa, Busch Gardens and the beautiful beaches of the Gulf coast is 60 minutes.

This spacious, comfortable villa is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a wonderful holiday. It is centrally air conditioned & heated, and has the capacity to sleep 10 people. For an added benefit, the villa also has wireless internet so no excuses not to keep up to date with the latest news. The best part of any holiday home is the pool area. With this in mind our large pool 28'x15' is surrounded by an extended deck area to give the maximum sunbathing space. There is a covered lanai containing table & chairs for informal dining and there are sun loungers for those who simply want to bask in the Florida sun. A door in the screen will bring you out to our large lawn, which is also very enjoyable especially for all those running and ball games.

Disney World is less than thirty minutes away from Davenport. It’s also just minutes to Epcot, Universal Studios, Seaworld of Orlando, Wet & Wild, Gatorland, and much, much more. If you want to visit the beach, Tampa and the Gulf Coast are only one hour away, and the Atlantic coast is even less.

Florida is a great location for outdoor activities. Whether your preference is boating, fishing, golf, swimming, the beach or the theme parks, the year round climate makes for an enjoyable time and a great holiday location.
