This enjoyable gulfside condo can be found in a gated community and is great for corporate retreats, weddings, meetings and reunions. Within the complex you will find a Jacuzzi, miniature golf course, fitness center, tennis courts and heated pools next to the gulf. Not too far away from the complex is parasailing, surfing, boating, kayaking and water skiing.

This condo features two bedrooms, two baths, cable TV, DVD player, stereo system with CD player, washer and dryer. The living area has a ceiling fan, multi-colored couch and sliding glass door that leads out to the balcony. The dining area has a wood table with green place mats and six white chairs. There is tile flooring throughout the unit as well as air conditioning.  

There is a fully equipped kitchen that comes with a microwave, freezer, dishwasher, refrigerator and ice maker. In the master bedroom there is framed artwork and a king bed with a floral bedspread, and pillows. Another balcony can be accessed from the master bedroom. The other bedroom has two twin beds both with green and orange bedspreads and framed artwork can be found above each bed. The complex offers an elevator, covered parking, complimentary internet access and DVD rentals.

Some of the resort amenities include The Sandbar Market & Emporium which offers gifts, T-shirts, sundries, magazines, beach toys, etc, a Pro Shop to get all your tennis gear, a state of the art fitness center, and a spa. There is also a tram service that runs throughout the resort every half hour for your convenience.

There are many places you can go to such as Blue Dunes Grille, Ocean Club, Pavilion Beach Bar & Grill, Destin Harbor, Gilligan's On the Harbor Restaurant and Watersports, and the Bluewater Bay Golf Course. There is also Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park, Gulf World Marine Park, and many restaurants such as Pizza Hut and Joe's Crab Shack.
