This fantastic condo near the ocean provides you with a balcony with outdoor furniture. The complex is in a gated community and features basketball, miniature golf course, fitness center, twelve tennis courts and a couple of swimming pools. Not too far away are some great activities such as shopping, dining, sailing, boogie boarding, shelling and sightseeing tours.

This third floor condo features two bedrooms and two baths. The living room has two couches with a red floral print, a blue chair and coffee table with a sliding glass door that takes you out onto the balcony.
