Beach Manor is located within the gated community of Tops'l Beach Resort.  There are great things to do here such as tennis, miniature golf, swimming, basketball, racquetball, and more.  There is a complimentary tram service available to take you wherever you want to go on the property.  Come spend your next vacation on the beach! 

This is a two bedroom, two bath condo that sleeps six.  There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area.  The living area has cable TV, a DVD player, comfortable furnishings, and access to the private balcony.  Here, you can enjoy the breathtaking view while reading a book or sipping a cup of coffee.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and more.  There is a dining area with a table set for six.  This unit also comes with ceiling fans, air conditioning, a washer/dryer, and wireless internet.  If you choose to stay in, you can relax on the sofa and watch a movie with the inclusive DVD rentals.

Some of the resort amenities include The Sandbar Market & Emporium which offers gifts, T-shirts, sundries, magazines, beach toys, etc, a Pro Shop to get all your tennis gear, a state of the art fitness center, and a spa. There is also a tram service that runs throughout the resort every half hour for your convenience. 
  

There are many places you can go to such as Blue Dunes Grille, Ocean Club, Pavilion Beach Bar & Grill, Destin Harbor, Gilligan's On the Harbor Restaurant and Watersports, and the Bluewater Bay Golf Course. There is also Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park, Gulf World Marine Park, and many restaurants such as Pizza Hut and Joe's Crab Shack.
