Kokomo is a wonderful vacation home on a large lot right on the Gulf of Mexico. This home has spectacular views and sunsets. Each room of the house has Ocean Views.

The house has 2 levels. On the lower level is the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The spiral staircase takes you up to the upper level -- living room and 2 additional bedrooms. Outside the large private yard has a Heated Pool, Hot Tub, gas grill and sitting area with lounge chairs and tables. The dock has 3 to 4 feet of water at low tide and has electric and water.

The fish are plentiful and easy to catch.
