The guestroom has 2 twin beds, a full bath, TV, VCR/DVD and private balcony as well. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room for any extra guests. You will also find a TV, DVD/VCR, radio/CD player and entrance onto a private screened in porch looking across at the beach from the living area. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious homemade meals. The kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats 3 and next to that is a dining table that can seat 4. For your convenience linens are provided as well as a washer and dryer and a charcoal grill.

When you rent this unit you will have access to the wonderful gulf front community pool. Just past that is the beautiful private beach where you can enjoy plenty of fun in the warm Florida sun. You also have a screened in porch with table and chairs where you and your family could enjoy a barbecue dinner.
