Additional Rental Information: The registration form and security deposit authority document require completion, signatures and return together with a photo ID of the card holder and a copy of the credit card being used before the reservation is fully confirmed. Any changes or cancellations must be in writing. There may be an extra charge for pool heating due at check in.

The villa is located within 10-12 minutes drive from Disney, allowing you less driving time and more time at the parks! There are several large grocery stores, Wal-Mart, Target and Publix, drug stores and restaurants all located within a short drive of the homes.
