This is a water view home, with direct access to the gulf, which provides fast and easy boating access to visit the many areas around Marco Island. The back of the house has a full balcony with French doors from both the living room and master bedroom. A spectacular water view is provided from this balcony. This home is fully equipped, right down to the beach towels!
