Inside the home has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and is decorated to reflect the feel of the island with tasteful nautical accents throughout.

The first floor is a semi private apartment, perfect for older children or if vacationing with friends. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on this level; as well as a kitchenette and pool table for entertaining. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and TV with DVD; the second bedroom has 2 twin beds and TV with DVD. The billiards room and the second bedroom have deck access.

The second floor is where the other 3 bedrooms are located, all with deck access. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, private bath, and TV with DVD. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and TV with DVD. The final bedroom has 2 twin beds and TV with DVD. Internet Access.

The top level has an open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped and has tile countertops. The living room overlooks a screened deck and has TV with DVD. Opposite of the screened deck is another deck allows access to the rooftop deck which provides sweeping views of the bay and Gulf.

Each of our rental properties include our Resort package;  which provides use of a golf cart for your island use, Olympic and Lap size heated swimming pools,  pool bar, har-tru tennis courts,  fitness center with steam and sauna, kids Club,  restaurants, a small convenience  store,  complimentary use of kayaks, bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas. We have several powerboats available deck boats and center console, as well as Guided wave runner tours.
