On the lower floor are the 3 bedrooms of the house. The master bedrooms boasts a king size bed, private, and has direct deck access. The second bedroom has queen size bed, and direct deck access. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 beds.

The upstairs has an open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped and has tile countertops. The living room has an entertainment center with surround sound and DVD. The entire top floor looks out onto the ample screened in deck that provides views of the Gulf.

Each of our rental properties include our Resort package;  which provides use of a golf cart for your island use, Olympic and Lap size heated swimming pools,  pool bar, har-tru tennis courts,  fitness center with steam and sauna, kids Club,  restaurants, a small convenience  store,  complimentary use of kayaks, bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas.
