Whether you are a small group or a large group, each condo unit can accommodate 4 to 6 persons and up to 12 people (both condo units). Even if the house is full, it never feels crowded. There’s always a small group off on an expedition--shelling, swimming, fishing or boating.

Accommodations:
Master suite has a queen size bed ensuite bath & shower with a Jacuzzi tub for two. The suite also opens out to the upper sun deck looking out over the Gulf of Mexico with sweeping views. The second bedroom has twin beds with a private bathroom. The twin beds can be positioned together as a king bed, which makes this home ideal for two couples and kids. The third room has twin beds and is ideal for children of all ages (opens onto master bathroom upstairs).

Each of our rental properties include our Resort package;  which provides use of a golf cart for your island use, Olympic and Lap size heated swimming pools,  pool bar, har-tru tennis courts,  fitness center with steam and sauna, kids Club,  restaurants, a small convenience  store,  complimentary use of kayaks, bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas. We have several powerboats available deck boats and center console, as well as Guided wave runner tours.
