The balcony offers outdoor furniture if you want to enjoy the warm sunny weather that Florida has to offer.

The kitchen has everything you need. Major appliances as well as small appliances are provided. There is a washer and dryer in a separate room for your convenience. Enjoy a family meal at the dining room table that can seat up to six people. The breakfast bar has four additional seats.
