This charming condo features two bedrooms and two baths.  Blue accented furnishings and decor gives this condo a seaside feel.  The living room has a large sliding glass door that leads out to the balcony where you can enjoy the views of the Gulf. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances. Small appliances such as a blender, toaster and coffeemaker are also provided. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. The wooden dining room table is large enough to fit up to six people for a family meal. The breakfast bar provides three additional seats.

Ocean views can be enjoyed in the master bedroom through the floor to ceiling windows.  A king size bed is provided including a small lounge chair by the window.  The second bedroom has a soft, cozy tone to the room and has two double beds that can sleep up to four people.  There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Enjoy the day with tropical lagoon pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, and beachside bar and grill in private gated community. Lighted clay tennis courts, shuffleboard court and upscale children's play area, lush naturally landscaped grounds, rare for the area, are all at beautiful High Pointe Resort.

The bike path takes you through cute coastal towns of Rosemary Beach, Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach, where you can enjoy the Florida style architecture.
