On the first level, you will find a gulf view bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV and DVD. There is another gulf view bedroom with 2 double beds, flat screen TV, DVD player and balcony entrance with gulf and bay views. The fourth bedroom has a Duo, 1 trundle, small TV, DVD, walk-in closet and balcony entrance. And the fifth bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, DVD and ½ bath. ON the second level there is a living room with access to the furnished gulf view deck, a large flat screen TV and DVD. You will also find the fully equipped gorgeous kitchen with stainless appliances and wine cooler. Next to the kitchen is the dining area that has a table with seating for 8. The sixth bedroom is on the top floor and is the master bedroom with a wonderful view of the gulf, a balcony, a king sized bed, large flat screen TV, DVD player, workstation with an all-in-one printer/fax and full bath with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and double vanities.

Sitting adjacent to the community pool and clubhouse, with an unobstructed view of the gulf and a very short walk to the beach, one is bound to enjoy their time spent in this property. With large Adirondack chairs on the spacious decks, you can enjoy the afternoon breeze while watching the dolphins take their afternoon swim. There is also a convenient outdoor shower where you can wash away any of the beach you don't want to bring inside.
