This gorgeous pet friendly home is the perfect place to spend your next Florida vacation, a true home away from home. When you walk in you will find the living room which has a queen sized sleeper sofa, TV, DVD/VCR, great gulf views, and access to the covered deck. There is an open dining area, and the kitchen is fully equipped and has beautiful stainless appliances, granite counters, and 4 barstools. The first bedroom has a daybed with trundle, a small flatscreen TV with DVD, and a private bath and shower, which will be perfect for the kids. The second bedroom is found on the second floor and has a queen sized bed, a TV, a small walk-in closet, and full bath with tub/shower.
When you rent this home you will have plenty of covered and paved parking for you and your guests. There is also a Parkside grill, and a fish cleaning area out back. The covered deck will be a great place to spend time relaxing and enjoying the warm ocean breeze. There is also a spiral staircase that leads to an upper level deck where you can soak up the warm florida sun and take in the breathtaking gulf views. There is also a laundry room, beach chairs, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower for your convenience.
