The living room is spacious, colorful and comfortably decorated. With sofa, love-seat, chairs, queen sofa bed, Cable TV, DVD and CD Stereo with IPOD hook-up, it has everything for entertainment and relaxation. There are three beautiful bedrooms and two full baths. The kitchen is fully equipped. The laundry room with washer and dryer is off the kitchen. Outside is an open front porch with rattan furniture and a side screen porch that is ideal for meals, entertaining or just kicking back. A Weber Charcoal Grill is provided for outdoor use.

The ultimate attraction is the emerald green surf of the Gulf of Mexico, bordered by Destin beaches of soft, white sand. Complimenting our stunning beaches, are endless water sports to include fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, parasailing, and all types of boating. The house is a short stroll to the beach. Enjoy tennis courts, basketball hoop and then cool off at the two swimming pools. Across the street you can walk through the nature garden with hiking paths,native plants, and pond. There is an entrance to the hiking trails to the State Forest and Eastern Lake is adjacent to the neighborhood.
