This spacious features 5 bedrooms and 5 baths. It is a three story home with a large, heated, private swimming pool. Lots of chairs and decking are provided to enjoy the sun. First floor has a mini-kitchen area with large bedroom and adjacent bathroom. Second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Third floor consists of the den, kitchen and 1 bedroom. Televisions in every bedroom, stereo system, gas grill, high end appliances, and a short walk to the Gulf are just some of the amenities of this beach house. In the bedroom on the first floor, is a bunk bed with a twin on top and full size bed on the bottom. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa too. On the second floor, two bedrooms have king size beds and the other has 2 twin beds. On the third floor, there is a king size bed in this bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the den area.

The ultimate attraction is the emerald green surf of the Gulf of Mexico, bordered by Destin beaches of soft, white sand. Complimenting our stunning beaches, are endless water sports to include fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, parasailing, and all types of boating.
