This is the perfect beachside home with quick access to the beach (50 yards) and two neighborhood pools. The home is a professionally decorated and will sleep up to 14 people.

It features 3 bedrooms, all with king size beds, and a kids bunkroom that sleeps 4. There is additional sleeping for 4, 2 on a sleeper sofa and 2 on the tower day bed. The home also offers complimentary use of family bikes and beach chairs (stored in the shed).

Santa Rosa Beach is near the Grayton Beach State Recreation Area, a 2,000-acre state park with rolling sea oat covered dunes and white sand beaches.

While in Santa Rosa you will enjoy hiking, golfing, and all the water activities you can imagine. The unique shops, boutiques and art galleries are scattered throughout the area, and the largest outlet mall in Florida is just ten miles away.
