This unit is located in the middle of the Gulf place Town Center.  The Town Center offers shops, restaurants and gives you a wonderful view of the water from a sidewalk café.

This one bedroom, one bathroom condo is located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico.  The living area offers a door leading out to the private balcony and a TV with DVD player.  The kitchen is fully equipped.  The dining area offers a nice dining table that can extend out to allow more room.

The bedroom offers a queen bed.  There is a set of bunk beds in the hall for the kids and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area for six guests to comfortably sleep.  There is also a washer and dryer and internet access included in this unit.

Property features include pool, hot tub and elevator.  Biking is a favorite area activity.  Miles of fresh and saltwater lakes are perfect for fishing, sailing and kayaking. Golfing is also a favorite past-time in this area.

This area offers beautiful inland lakes, coastal vegetation and the intercoastal waterways.  This area is ideal for fishing, kayaking, jet skiing, and sailing.  Hikers enjoy miles of natural trails at several area state parks.  For canoeing and kayaking, Milton 's Blackwater River State Park and Florida's Canoe Capital, is a short trek from Navarre.
