Located in Seagrove Beach. It is 2400 sq.ft. Rivendell is a new beach house in Summers Edge and is a wonderful family community located in the heart of scenic 30-A beach communities. Our house has hardwood floors, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are cable TVs and DVDs throughout with a house wide stereo system.

The first floor consists of a wide open living room, dining room, kitchen and bedroom with a queen bed. The second floor has 3 bedrooms including the master bedroom which opens to a comfortable porch. Relax in the third floor tower room (with mini bar) or on the adjoining deck and enjoy the views. A day bed and trundle bed in the tower room accommodate extra guests. There are two neighborhood pools and the beach is a short stroll away.

It is minutes away from the shopping, restaurants and other activities in Seaside, Watercolor and Rosemary Beach and adjacent to 19 miles of bike baths which abut coastal dune lakes and state parks.

While in Santa Rosa you will enjoy hiking, golfing, and all the water activities you can imagine. The unique shops, boutiques and art galleries are scattered throughout the area, and the largest outlet mall in Florida is just ten miles away.
