The layout of the house features two master suites each having its own whirlpool tub. One suite is located on the lower level the other suite is on the upper level and both have top of the line king size pillow top mattresses. The main floor features two guest bedrooms with a shared bathroom each bedrooms has a queen size pillow top mattresses. The fifth bedroom is on the lower level features twin beds that also have pillow top. Most of the bedrooms have satellite TV with remote controls. A media room, pool table, private hot tub, gourmet kitchen, gorgeous bedrooms with amazing furnishings and top-of-the-line fixtures in the bathrooms are just a few of the great amenities you will enjoy. The loft area includes a sleeper sofa, office and sitting entertainment area.

One of the finest features is this large Gazebo with a wood burning fireplace and rocking chairs for relaxing at the River's Edge. The river is close enough to enjoy the sounds of the river flowing while visiting with friends while dining. The Toccoa River provides some of the best trout fishing in north Georgia, along with swimming and tubing down the river. The Lodge is on the best River Frontage in the Aska Adventure Area.
