The house is ready for your arrival.  Dr. Phillips, a general practitioner living in Hilo, acquired an old school house, dismantled it, and rebuilt it in Kona. It is one of the very first homes in all of Kona. 

At this cottage you will find 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room.  Outside you will also find a hammock and a barbecue grill.

The rental property sits directly in front of a sandy beach, a shallow lagoon, and a historic point from which hawaiians once launched their canoes.
