The master bedroom located on main level has 19" TV, alarm clock and Foothill views. There is access to full size bathroom in the hallway. The second bedroom also located on main level has alarm clock and Foothill views. There is access to full size bathroom in the hallway. The third bedroom located in loft, accessible by ladder, has portable fan and alarm clock. The loft looks out over living room below. There is access to the bathroom just off the kitchen area.

The dining table seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 3. There is a nice open kitchen with high ceiling. The stacked washer and dryer is located in hallway closet on the main level of unit. There is also an iron and ironing board in this closet too. The nice wrap around deck off living room has charcoal grill and outdoor chairs with good views of the surrounding foot hills around Baldy.
