This large duplex provides an excellent location and amenities for either a summer or wintertime stay. It was built and furnished with large family gatherings in mind. The layout permits everyone to be together, whether they're engaged in cooking, eating, TV viewing or playing pool.

This unique setup is complemented by the sleeping arrangements. All three upper level sleeping rooms have queen beds and their own full baths. The two bedrooms on the lowest level were originally the garage. They share a full bath. Each has a set of bridgeable twins. They are accessed by a few feet of covered stairway leading up to the main entrance on the second level of the house.

Warm Spring Village is at the base of Mt. Baldy's North slopes. Warm Springs lodge is nearby with several restaurants to provide a very inviting apres-ski scene.
