The living room features a gas fired fieldstone fireplace, and entertainment center with Direct TV, stereo, DVD, & CD. The living room opens onto a large deck with a beautiful view of Mt Abram. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances (including dishwasher and microwave), pots&pans, cooking utensils, etc, and service for 12. The island makes a cozy spot for breakfast. The dining room has large farmhouse table that expands to seat 10 comfortably.

There are three bedrooms with the master bedroom on the 1st floor, two large bedrooms on the 2nd floor (one with bunk beds and two twins, another with a full and two twins). Two full baths, one on each floor. The entry has plenty of space for coats, hats, gloves and skiing/riding equipment.

The unfinished basement has as an air hockey table and bumper pool table. Outside there is a covered porch with a gas grill and a large secluded backyard with a fire pit.

This vacation home is located in the center of many of Maine's mountainous splendors and a perfect place from which to launch a vacation. Home to the Sunday River and Mount Abram ski areas, yet a very short drive to Grafton Notch State Park. There are opportunities for hiking, leaf peeping, golfing, and swimming in one of many ponds and lakes.
