This sunny up-side-down designed, vacation home offers bright sun filled rooms, contemporary furnishings and is set on a very private, wooded lot near South Beach.  Outside is an enclosed hot/cold shower & storage room, plus a deck stairway to the exciting rooftop widow's walk, exhibiting daytime views to the South Beach area and nightly star gazing.

A beautiful oak stairway leads to the second level main living area.  This cathedral ceiling room is cooled by a paddle fan and is open to the dining area.  Three sliding glass doors open to a large private south facing deck.  Also located on this floor is a sky lit den, a small study room, and a half bath.  The first floor has four bedrooms. A master with queen size bed and private bath, another with a queen size bed and two bedrooms with full size beds that share an additional full bath.  Conveniently located is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. 

Guests can enjoy long walks, canoeing, nature trails, total privacy, great fishing off nearby beach or on private charters. Also we are near good clamming areas and have equipment for our renter's use.
