There is a cozy, spacious living room with sleeper sofa and cable TV/VCR, movies and fireplace.. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a dining table that seats 4. There are two large bedrooms, one with a king bed while the other has a queen. There is one bathroom with a large shower.

For your outdoor enjoyment there is a large wraparound sun deck with a two person swing, picnic table and BBQ grill and private attached garage parking.

Located in beautiful Weaverville, NC, we're centrally located between downtown Asheville, The Blue Ridge Parkway and Hot Springs, NC. It is within 3 miles of the new I-26 Corridor and only 4 miles from the French Broad River.
