The first side of the house has a large living room with access to the extensive deck leading to the private pool and jacuzzi. The oceanfront screened in porch is accessed through French doors off the dining room. The master bedroom is located on the second floor and has a king bed with full bath equipped with a jacuzzi tub and a private lanai providing fabulous views of the ocean.

The other side features another sitting area, a kitchen area, an open loft and two bedrooms. There is also access to the oceanfront deck and a smaller kitchen. There are two bedrooms on this side of the house. One bedroom has a queen bed and access to a hall bathroom with tub/shower combo. The other bedroom is located on the second level and has two full beds, a private bath and a loft that overlooks the sitting area.
