The first floor features a game room with a ping pong and foosball table. Also on this floor are two bedrooms—both have queen beds, private baths, TVs, and ocean views. There is also a large den with two twin beds, a TV/VCR, and an ocean view—this is a perfect spot for kids! Upstairs, you will find three more bedrooms. Each have queen beds and TVs. Two of these bedrooms share a bath, and the master suite has its own bath. The second floor also features a spacious great room with a TV, VCR, and DVD.

The dining area has room for six and additional seating is available in the newly remodeled kitchen. Off the living room is a fantastic screened porch that expands the entire length of the home. A private boardwalk from the screened porch leads to a great sundeck with lounge chairs and wonderful ocean views. This home has an outdoor pool area that is located at the back of the house. The pool area is surrounded by 6 lounge chairs and fantastic views of the Atlantic.

This beautiful home is just steps to the beach! You only need to walk out the back door to the beach where you can enjoy a day of play and relaxation.
