The first level offers a master bedroom with a king bed and a guest bedroom with 2 queens. Each has a private bath, and a sliding glass door to a small patio. On the second level, you will find a nicely decorated living room. The dining room seats 6 and leads to a large fully equipped kitchen with added touches such as granite counter tops and custom built cabinets.

From the dining and living rooms, you will find a sliding glass door, which leads to a large balcony with room for outdoor dining (gas grill provided) and lounging. The spacious balcony even has a slight view of the ocean! Back inside, a spiral staircase leads to a loft with 2 twin beds, a TV, VCR, and full bath.

This condo is located in Palmetto Dunes. It in close proximity with the beach and the private pool.

Hilton Head island is a great place to enjoy the beach, golf and tennis. Hilton Head has 14 miles of beautiful beaches, two dozen golf courses (on the island or nearby), hundreds of tennis courts, and about 200 restaurants.
