The open living room has a sectional sofa, two chairs, TV, VCR, DVD player, a breakfast table for four and views of the golf course and lagoon. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need and the dining room, that seats eight, is directly off of the kitchen and has a slider to the deck with a view of the lagoon and golf course. The first bedroom is to the right of the entry and has two twin beds. The second bedroom is to the left of the entry and has a queen bedroom. This bedroom also has a bathroom with shower only and can be accessed from the bedroom or hall. The third bedroom, also the master, is located on the first floor also. It has a king bed, TV, VCR, slider to deck with a golf course and lagoon view.

There is also a private bathroom with a shower and a separate Jacuzzi tub. There are two bedrooms located on the second floor. The first one has two double beds. The second one also has two double beds, TV, sleeper sofa, stereo, and a table with three chairs. There is a bathroom on the second floor for both of these bedrooms with a tub/shower combination. The last bedroom is a loft room located above the garage. This room is accessed through the laundry room off of the kitchen. It has a king bed, private bathroom, and a walk in closet. This house has a large deck area with many chairs around the pool area, a table that seats four, and gas grill. There is also a small dock that leads down to the lagoon.
