Five steps lead to the entry. The living room has a sleeper sofa, TV, DVD player, decorative fireplace and large windows overlooking the backyard. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast table for six and three bar stools. A half bath and laundry room are located down the hall from the kitchen. The dining room has seating for eight. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. Eighteen steps lead to the second floor. A loft at the top of the stairs has a sofa, two chairs, a foosball table, TV and VCR.

A queen bedroom has a shower only (can also be used as a guest bathroom). Two bedrooms are located eight steps down from the loft. Both bedrooms have two twin beds and share a bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The back deck area has a dining table for six, gas grill and steps lead down to the spacious pool area with additional seating for lounging around the pool.
